With more than 30 years experience in the health and human service sector, Rachel created her coaching and consulting company in 2002 in the spirit of service, with the vision of supporting and inspiring people to be the best they can be.
Over the years,she have helped numerous individuals and organizations, in both the private and public sector, in Canada and the UK.
She believes and support the notion of stewardship and contributes a percentage of her work as pro bono services to not-for-profit agencies and individuals in need in her local community.
She believes that dignity and respect is crucial and is committed to sharing this message with leaders in organizations and business, helping them to lead authentically and build effective, healthy and respectful workplaces from the inside out.
Rachel is committed yoga practitioner and teacher in her community and integrates the principles of this ancient practice into all aspects of her life and work.
