I offer yoga from a therapeutic perspective and have extensive training in many aspects of yogs=a and mindfulness.
I offer both in online and in person group yoga classes, as well as individual customized yoga sessions to meet the needs of your body.
For individual sessions - You will complete a body map and a short questionnaire before your first session. All sessions are 60 or 75 mins and are tailored specifically to you based on the information you have provided. Working one-on-one is the best way to address individual challenges, in a safe, mindful way that is not possible in ordinary group classes.
An individual approach is also a wonderful way to begin your journey with yoga if you are unsure, or overwhelmed, at the thought of joining a regular yoga class.
